Celebrations of Life
I offer fully bespoke funeral ceremonies and Celebrations of Life—each one thoughtfully created to reflect the individual. This includes ceremonies following direct cremation, as well as living celebrations planned with the person at their centre.
A ceremony from me will not be a brief, time-limited service. Not a formal structure that feels unfamiliar, nor a ceremony shaped by external constraints.
I promise a considered and meaningful gathering—one that truly reflects the life lived, honours the individual, and resonates deeply with those who knew and loved them.
This is the difference a carefully crafted funeral ceremony or Celebration of Life can provide.
How it works
- To begin, you make contact and we arrange a calm, supportive conversation—usually via a 30-minute video or telephone call. This is an opportunity for me to listen, to understand your wishes, and to begin learning about the person we are honouring. There is no obligation—simply a chance to ensure you feel comfortable and supported before moving forward.
- Following this, I will provide you with a carefully designed questionnaire. This allows you to reflect on and share memories, stories, and key moments in your loved one’s life, in your own time and at your own pace. These details form the foundation of a deeply personal and meaningful ceremony.
- We will then meet again to review the first draft of the ceremony. Together, we will gently refine the content, ensuring it feels authentic, respectful, and truly representative of your loved one. Any adjustments can be made, allowing you to feel confident and at ease with every element.
- When the day arrives, I will be there to deliver the ceremony with care, dignity, and professionalism—guiding those present through a heartfelt farewell that honours the life lived and brings people together in remembrance and reflection.
Celebration of life service cost £375.00
Travel expenses are charged over 30 miles, at 45p per mile and there will be a fee for accommodation if it is too far to travel on the day.
